About me

Originally from a small village in Kent, England, I moved to Falun, Sweden in 2022.

I am a keen sportsperson who enjoys orienteering, running, swimming, strength training, and more. Yet, life hasn’t always allowed me to partake in these activities and enjoy the great outdoors. During my teenage years I became ill with chronic fatigue syndrome, as a result, I struggled with anxiety and depression. It would be a long journey of healing, both physically and mentally that would see me back to health.

For me, the personal success I had from Therapeutic Coaching played a major part in my recovery. After having completed my two degrees in Sport and Exercise Psychology, I felt that something was missing. I decided myself to become qualified as a Therapeutic Coach. This delved much deeper into therapeutic tools, as well as coaching models, that expanded my knowledge base and practical skills to be able to offer a more well-rounded therapy.
