Below is a 3-step guide for what you can expect in the lead-up and having subsequent sessions with me.

Step 1: Initial consultation

This free 30-minute conversation is an opportunity to understand your therapy goals and to ask any questions you may have.


Step 2: Forms

There are two forms, the ‘client contract form’ outlining our working agreement and the ‘initial consultation form’ giving me more insight into your history. Return these forms at your own convenience before our first session.


Step 3: Subsequent sessions

Each session will be paced by you. We will work towards your goals and remain open to what arises in the present moment. The number of sessions and the space between sessions is always at your discretion.
