Terms and Conditions
By booking a session, you agree to the following cancellation / rescheduling policies below:
Initial consultation:
Payment: The full fee is to be paid within 2 days of the session.
Cancellation reminder: Please try to give at least 24-48 hours notice if you need to cancel this session. If appointments are repeatedly missed, the practitioner reserves the right to discontinue sessions.
Subsequent sessions:
Payment: The full fee is to be paid within 2 days of the session.
Cancellation reminder: Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel an appointment, preferably 24-48 hours’ notice. Any sessions cancelled within 24 hours or for a non-arrival, the full session cost will be charged. If appointments are repeatedly missed, the practitioner reserves the right to discontinue sessions.
