Therapy and Life Coaching

This is an integrative therapy that includes developmental psychology, neuro-linguistic programming (learning the language of our mind), emotional freedom technique (tapping), hypnotherapy,  and mindfulness.

Life coaching uses coaching models to create transformational change for your future life.

Combining the two aspects creates a meeting place between healing (from the past), exploring the present, and creating an environment both internally and externally for growth in the future.

As every client is individual, I will tailor my practice around your needs, so you receive the most appropriate help to move forward in your life.

How I can help

I am a compassionate and empathetic practitioner that will listen and explore any areas that you feel you want to work on. I will provide a confidential space and work through things at your pace.  I will teach self-help tools so you can support your own progress to manage and overcome the obstacles that may be internally or externally present for you.
