Below is a 3 step guide for what you can expect in the lead-up and having subsequent sessions with me.

Step 1: Initial consultation

This free 30-minute conversation is an opportunity to understand your goals, your current challenges and to ask any questions you may have.


Step 2: Forms

Fill in the two forms at your own convenience before our first session together, (1) the client contract form outlining our working agreement and (2) the initial consultation form giving an insight into your history.


Step 3: Subsequent sessions

By using a combination of mental skills training and other self-help tools, we will work towards your goals by addressing the current mental challenges you’re facing.
